PCC offers the following Leadership/Volunteer development courses and stand alone messages.

This 4-session study is based on Leroy Eims’ book of the same name. It is designed for you current volunteer leaders as well as great training for potential leaders. Topics include:

2. HAND ME ANOTHER BRICK

Based on Charles Swindoll’s study of Nehemiah, this 4 part study is designed to take your leaders to the next level. It will challenge them to step up and lead as well as how to deal with discouragement, opposition, betrayal, and disloyalty. It also shares the importance of a clearly defined vision and the attributes that come with it.

3. THE ANATOMY OF A HIGH CAPACITY VOLUNTEER and SERVE LIKE JESUS are 2 stand-alone messages by Lamar Slay that can encourage, motivate, and inspire your volunteers.
