Lamar Slay
Lamar Slay is Founder and President of Partners in Church Consulting, a church consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas.
Lamar has served on the teaching teams of both Rick Warren at Saddleback Church and Ed Young at Fellowship Church. At Fellowship, he was responsible for the “logistics” of the weekend services, including giving leadership to the ushers and parking teams and working with the Director of Security. Currently, in addition to consulting with churches throughout North America, he serves as a Pastor with Gateway Church Dallas. Gateway Church is One Church with 12 campuses in the DFW area ministering to 30,000+ people each weekend. His speaking ministry has taken him throughout America and he is a veteran of giving campaigns and strategic consulting and coaching relationships with churches of all sizes and denominations.

Billy Goff
William Goff (Billy) is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Goff Companies based in Dallas, Texas. Goff Companies founding principal is “Growing God’s Kingdom through facility design and construction.”
With more than four decades of design and construction experience, Billy Goff has developed a passion for “Kingdom Building” and helping churches navigate through a fragmented process. Being involved in over $600 million of church programming, vision alignment, design and construction, Billy and the Goff team have developed a process that saves time, money and church leadership credibility. This process prevents the frequent pitfalls many churches have experienced. Billy has an incredible ability to listen to the needs of churches and help them distinguish between their needs and wants.
After witnessing the importance of the “team” approach while building his first church, Billy pioneered the use of a distinctive “Partnering Process” in church construction, while developing intellectual properties to assist in evaluating all aspects of church metrics.
Billy grew up in Kentucky and attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky. After serving time in the Marine Corps, he married his lovely wife and best friend, Kathy and they have five children. Billy has developed and managed projects in Asia, South America and Europe in addition to numerous states within the U.S. Today, Billy’s vision is to continue improving Goff Companies as an organization that serves the religious segment and remove as much of the fragmentation as possible while remaining the pre-eminent authority, leader and servant assisting churches in achieving their purpose.
Cindy Slay
Cindy has been involved in overseeing the Guest Experience Ministry at 3 mega churches in the DFW area. The volunteer ministry in all three churches excelled as she developed a strong leadership team and led in recruiting large volunteer teams. She excels at recruiting by casting vision to potential volunteers. She prepared 2 of the churches to relocate to new facilities by expanding and training their teams.
During her experience she developed a keen understanding of Planning Center Online Services. She not only understands the system but understands what is needed to schedule and manage a volunteer team of any size. She is uniquely qualified to assist your team as they move to PCO.
